When his busy schedule suddenly found an opening, Miguel Cabrera called Perfect Plan to put together an all-star family vacation in just six days. Starting in Paris, then traveling to Venice and then Rome, the family enjoyed a first class experience with every detail, including private tours, available at every destination. A special trip to a local artisan had the family enjoying a unique glass blowing experience. Midway through the trip, the perfect plan suddenly changed. The family was having such a good time, the Venezuelan born baseball star and his wife asked whether it was possible to stay longer and visit Spain. Barbara Cole not only made it possible, but flawlessly set up every ticket, private apartment, restaurant recommendation and special transportation during the extended stay.

A destination wedding in another country for over one hundred people can be a daunting task for anyone to put together, let alone one that we insisted be unique and affordable. We just got back from a dream vacation in the desert! Our family truly enjoyed this part of the world - Dubai and Abu Dhabi are just amazing. Traveling with 3 kids under 8 can be a bit intimidating but with the help of Barbara at The Perfect Plan Events & Travel we were able to do everything we wanted and more.

Taking our family on an “African Safari,” was at the top of our bucket list. We travel extensively but wanted this particular trip to Africa to be forever memorable!
